The design concept for the renovation of this 2,250 SF 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom private residence focused on creating a living experience intrinsic to the spectacular views its location offered. Situated on the 25th floor of the W Hoboken Hotel and Residences with amazing floor-to-ceiling glass facade, this high-rise layout configuration was redesigned to take full advantage of its real estate while creating a comfortable home for the family of five. Reorganization of program along with the choice of new finishes maximized the feel of living in the clouds and enjoying panoramic views of the Hudson river and the Manhattan skyline.
