Although we would love to design and build every space in NYC, we understand the need for variety and appreciate the work done by other designers. In fact, variety is what gives the city its character. Therefore, we provide permitting and consultation services to talented artists, design-built firms, and interior designers who require the assistance of Licensed Architects.

 

 

The following are services provided to the Trade through MO.DA:

 

    Design Consultation:

    Review of designs for building code compliance.

 

    CoOp Coordination:

    Work with each Co-Op incorporating their specific regulations for each building 

    and filing any necessary paperwork before the permit can be submitted.

 

    Permit Drawing Execution:

    Generation of permit drawings for submission to the Building Department. 

 

    Permit Expediting:

    Expedited service to obtain the architectural permit from the Building Department. 

 

    Construction Administration:

    Administration of code compliance during construction to ensure the project

    passes all applicable inspections.

 

    Construction Close-Out:

    Filing all final close-out paperwork with the Building Department including 

    any "as-built" changes during construction.
