The design for the second Upper East Side tower penthouse for this ten-time Tony Award winner embodied a concept designated specifically for entertainment, creative thinking, and relaxation. Per the client’s request, the theme of the penthouse was to evoke a Moroccan village, with bright colors and informal, yet welcoming, setting.  In order to achieve this vision, the concept evolved providing an open and fluid layout with a redesigned fireplace as the hearth of the living space and architectural moments detailing the fun and free departure from NYC into the Marrakesh village.
